  • 1    Swirl Button    (94-6574-25)
  • 25”     Brass Cable Chain 2x3mm    (20-0725-26)
  • 1    Head Pin 21 gauge, 2”    (01-0028-09)
  • 2    Eye Pin 21 gauge  2”   (01-0027-09)
  • 1    Round Jump Ring 20 gauge, 4mm    (01-0024-09)
  • 1    Round Jump Ring 19 gauge, 6mm    (01-0025-09)
  • 1    Freshwater pearl bead, 4mm
  • 1    Freshwater pearl bead, 6mm
  • 1    Freshwater pearl bead, 8mm

Tools

  • flush cutters
  • round nose pliers
  • chain nose and/or flat nose pliers (2)

Tip: When working with glass or other delicate beads, always protect the top of the bead with your thumbnail when bending wire over for simple loops.

 

Steps

  1. String 4mm pearl onto one head pin. *Above pearl bend wire over at right angle. Trim wire to 1/4" and use round nose pliers to form small simple loop.*
  2. String 6mm pearl onto one eye pin. Repeat * through *, making simple loop slightly larger if desired.
  3. Repeat Step 2 with 8mm pearl.
  4. Open loop on 4mm pearl and attach to loop of 6mm pearl. Close loop.
  5. Open loop on other side of 6mm pearl and attach to loop of 8mm pearl. Close loop.
  6. Open 6mm jump ring and attach through one hole of button. Before closing jump ring add end link of chain. Close jump ring.
  7. Thread other end of chain through second button hole. 
  8. Open 4mm jump ring and attach to end of chain placed in Step 7. Before closing jump ring attach loop of 8mm pearl. Close jump ring.
